2. Products & Orders
Our bee stones and bee lodges are handmade, so each piece is unique. Minor variations in size, colour, or texture are natural and not considered defects.
Orders are accepted subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable). Payment must be made at checkout using the available payment methods. We reserve the right to update product prices at any time.

4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within [X] working days. Delivery times may vary based on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
For custom or large orders, delivery terms will be agreed separately.

5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Customised products (e.g., engraved stones) are non-refundable unless faulty.

6. Use of Products
Our products are designed for outdoor use, but weathering may occur over time. We advise placing bee lodges in a sheltered, dry spot, raised off the ground.
Always supervise children when handling or installing bee stones or lodges.
